Returns & Exchanges

At Thunderdome, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if a piece doesn't fit your aesthetic or size requirements, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our warehouse team can identify your return immediately.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
